Telemarketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer’s needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes.
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.

Telemarketing Executive Requirements:
- Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is MUST.
- Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features; prices etc, and present their benefits.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Experience working in International Call Centre will get priority.
- Fresher’s & under graduated are highly recommended for that Job if they are fluent in English.
